We sell digital products (SWB project files for Sketchware Pro). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable by default.
When a Refund May Be Issued
A refund will only be considered in the following cases:
- The downloaded SWB file is corrupt or damaged and cannot be opened in Sketchware Pro
- The project contains a critical error that prevents it from functioning as described in the listing
We will first attempt to fix the issue. A full refund is issued only if we cannot resolve the problem.
Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- The product does not match your personal preferences
- You do not have a compatible version of Sketchware Pro
- The download link has expired (7 days) — contact support for a re-send
